After completion of the Bachelor of Physical Education (BPEd), you have wide open avenues to take up your master's degree. The most common master's degree that is preferred thereafter is MPEd, in which you absorb more specialization and expertise in physical education, sports science, and coaching. Later on, you can find job opportunities in schools, colleges, sports organizations, and fitness centers, etc. Alternately, you may opt for a Master's in Sports Management that deals with the business, marketing, and administration of sports. This avenue may lead to job opportunities in the management of sports teams or even event organizing.
If you're interested in advanced education, you can opt for a Master's in Education, M.Ed. to become a physical education teacher or administrator. Other areas that you could consider a master's in would be health and wellness, or even broader fields such as business administration (MBA) or public health, depending on your interests. A BPEd background is always a good starting point for fitness, sports education, or management careers, and further studies will only add to your expertise and career prospects.
