As more institutions shift to online learning especially after embracing new technology and due to the pandemic, some college have incorporated online or blended learning for D.voc in Production Technology programs.
Online Classes: While many theoretical aspects of the curriculum can be taught in a conventional manner, some of them, such as manufacturing principles, material sciences or basic engineering concepts might be effectively delivered through lectures conducted online.
Practical Training: Now-a-days theoretical knowledge can be obtained from the internet but for effective practical sessions, workshops, training sessions and material are part of the D.Voc course. These elements often entail students to attend the campus physically, because they have to access certain kinds of machinery, laboratories and real-life industry settings.
Hybrid Mode: Some institutions have adopted a blended structure of learning whereby the students can sit for online lessons in theoretical lessons while physically attending institutes or college for practical lessons, internships or and examinations.
