Aerospace Engineering, also known as Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) is a professional subject that deals with investigation, analysis, repair, and overhaul of aircraft for use in operations. AMEs are involved in checking, diagnosing, and even replacing any faulty part or system in an aircraft regardless of the type – commercial, military or private aircraft.
