B.Tech Aeronautical Engineering Syllabus:
Mathematics & Physics: Calculus, Differential Equations, Linear Algebra, Fluid Mechanics and Thermal Physics, and Mechanics.
Engineering Mechanics: Linear Momentum and its conservation, Angular Momentum and Its conservation, Work and Energy,

Dynamical Systems: Conservation of Energy, Hamilton’s Canonical equations, Hamilton’s principle, Lagrange equations, D’ Alembert’s Principle, Lagrange’s Undetermined multipliers, Condition for equilibrium of a dynamical system.

Aerodynamics: Flight and stability, airfoil and its types, lift and drag, supersonic and subsonic stream, flow characteristics.

Aircraft Structures: Spot weld, adhesive bond, metal panel, automotive, aircraft, racing car body, space frame, gravity dimple, K architect, bond strength, multi-spot weld, mechanical fastening, industrial, ship building, rail carriage, rolling stock, and forces and loads.

Propulsion: Aircraft engines including Jets and Turbine engines, Engine design, Engine performance, engines and Cycle Propulsion Systems, Fuel Systems and Techniques.
