BBA LLB (Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Legislative Law) is a five-year integrated program that combines business administration with legal education. This program aims at providing students with knowledge of corporate management as well as legal skills in order to prepare them for a range of careers as businesses such as legal consulting and corporate management. In addition to Business Management and Constitutional Law, some of the other subjects covered are Corporate Law, Taxation Law, and International Business Law. This program is supported with practical legal training, internships as well as moot courts to sharpen the students’ analytical and legal skills.
Graduates of BBA LLB are able to practice law in law firms, serve in the corporate legal departments, offer services in consulting firms, judiciary services as well as in organizations engaged in legal research. Their job titles could be corporate lawyers, legal advisors, company secretaries or in further studies LLM or MBA.
