The four-year B.El.Ed degree at undergraduate level focuses on preparing future teachers to work at elementary school levels (Classes I to VIII). Students receive necessary teaching abilities through this curriculum which combines learning material with instructional methodology alongside hands-on training. This program includes education about child psychology alongside educational philosophy alongside classroom management techniques and methods for teaching specific subjects.
The program combines academic and hands-on aspects which include school-based learning and teaching practice segments. The program targets 10+2 graduates who want teaching as their profession. Graduating students find opportunities for work as primary and upper primary school teachers and education consultants as well as curriculum developers. The program holds recognition from the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) while training institutions from all around India provide the course to students.
