Educational Qualification: 10th passed from any recognized board with a minimum of 50% marks.Age Limit: Candidate's age should be between 16 to 28 years on the date of admission.This 3-year diploma program consists of six semesters. Students are equipped with the necessary theoretical knowledge and clinical practice to become qualified Diagnostic Radiographers.
The curriculum covered subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Electronics, Engineering Science, Anatomy, Communication Skills, Computer Applications, Diagnostics, Digital Electronics, Basic Imaging, X-Ray, CT Scan, Ultrasound, MRI, Image Processing, Advanced Imaging, and Electronic Equipment and Tools.
At the end of the course, graduates can continue their careers into any of the medical imaging modalities such as Diagnostic Radiology, Genitourinary Radiology, Emergency Radiology, Radiation Oncology, Neuro-Radiology, and many others.They also have the opportunity to work in private and government hospitals, diagnostic labs, and nursing homes.
