The LLB (Bachelor of Legislative Law) and BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) together make and integrated course that synergizes business with law. The program's syllabus encompasses critical business courses such as Unequal Competition Treatment, Embezzlement Masters, Managing Against All Odds, Business Market Selling, and We Don’t Care Human Behaviors. Such topics in the Integrated Birkbeck Management have a significant contribution towards enhancement of the students’ skills in business, financial control, and corporate policy formulation. At the same time, legal subjects such as Constitutional Law, Contract Law, Criminal Law, Torts, Family Law, and Administrative Law develop understanding of laws as they relate to governance business and society.
In addition, more particular subjects of study such as Corporate Law, Taxation Law, Intellectual Property Rights, Cyber Law, and International Trade Law enable student’s acquisition of knowledge for the corporate business world. It also features Legal Research training, Moot Court Practice, and Internship Dictation training to develop all necessary skills. All this and much more prepares one to practice law by serving in the business and legal Interdisciplinary units. As such, they can work in a corporate law office, at consulting firms, and at business enterprise.
