The Bachelor of Laws (LLB) program delivers students a complete understanding of legal principles joined with statutes and cases. The Bachelor of Laws curriculum contains three essential modules that study Constitutional Law for governmental operations and civil rights first followed by Criminal Law to explore offenses and penal code and Contract Law for agreement understanding. The curriculum for students includes two additional legal sectors: Tort Law handles civil wrongs and liabilities and Property Law establishes ownership rules for real estate.
Administrative Law and Jurisprudence form part of the legal coursework in addition to existing fundamental subjects. Family Law provides legal guidance about marriage and divorce arrangements and inheritance matters whereas International Law focuses on worldwide institutional legal systems. Students learn about Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility to understand ethical obligations of lawyers in their practice. Students gain practical experience through moot court events as well as legal research and internship opportunities in several educational programs. An LLB degree acts as base training for future careers either in legal practice or judiciary systems or corporate law or policy design work.
